Not worth it even at this price point.

I saw this and thought "wow 10$ how could you go wrong." I was wrong.
Errors in book: Both spelling, and some questions have answers that are just flat out wrong.
Ambiguous Writing: If you take an o'sullivan exam you'll find tricky questions but later when you dissect the question it's very clear you missed the specific nature of what they were asking. You read these and basically you could've interpreted it multiple ways because keywords were left out. I suspect this was done purposefully. Some questions are overly simplistic and unrealistic in that regard.
Formatting issues; I thought kindle would be fine but unfortunately questions are spread across multiple pages and the format just isn't great.
Rationales: Terrible. Probably the worst I've ever read. Most basically say some variant of "this would not be the most correct answer" and offer basically no insight.
Some questions may give you insight into test taking deficits but honestly I don't think it's worth the month.

I liked the detailed explanations and provided examples of what u were thinking if other choices picked...Was helpful but some terms are out of date...good practice.

There are some typo errors on medical terms. The answer key entries have incorrect choice than the rationales.
